Seven new additions expand the 2019 Rankings to a Top 32.

Not a lot has changed since the last version ran three months ago, but there are seven new additions that expand the 2019 Rankings to a Top 32. All new entries are bolded. There is also slight movement for three members of the class of 2019.

The highest new entry belongs to defensive tackle Sean Miller of West Columbia (S.C.) Airport. At 6-foot-4, 270-pounds Miller blends the size and strength to become a coveted interior defender at the highest level.

Running back Zykamren Robinson of Spartanburg (S.C.) makes his entry at #14. Through four games the 5-foot-11, 205-pound back has carried the ball 44 times for 409 yards and four touchdowns.

Jalen Tatah is the starting left offensive tackle at Lancaster (S.C.). This 6-foot-4, 300-pound behemoth projects as a massive run mashing guard at the next level. He makes his entry at #5.

Making his entry at #23 is Williston (S.C.) Williston-Elko H-Back Keshawn Toney. As a junior the 6-foot-2, 220-pound receiver caught 63 passes for 609 yards and five touchdowns. He recently picked up an offer from Georgia State.

Right on his heels is 6-foot, 190-pound Irmo (S.C.) running back Kendrell Flowers. Flowers has the ideal size to be considered an every-down back, he is also an adept receiver a position he played as a freshman. Through the first four games this season he has carried the ball 76 times for 462 yards and four scores.

Fort Dorchester (S.C.) inside linebacker Davon Gilmore comes in at #26. He has been a key member of Patriot defense that is only rendering 14.6 points per contest, this includes two big road wins at Roebuck (S.C.) Dorman and Irmo (S.C.) Dutch Fork.

The final new entry at #27 is dual-threat signal caller Tyrell Jackson of Piedmont (S.C.) Wren. Through four games he has completed 88 of 126 passes for 1,123 yards and five touchdowns versus a lone interception. Jackson has also rushed for 249 yards and seven scores.

One player to keep an eye on, that has really picked up some recruiting steam, is outside linebacker Greg Williams of Swansea (S.C.) He has recently picked up offers from East Carolina, Missouri, Old Dominion and Troy.

Another player that continues to add offers is Charleston (S.C.) First Baptist two-sport star Michel Dukes. Last month he added Old Dominion and North Carolina. Dukes already had offers from Georgia State, South Carolina and Wake Forest.
