Dallas has narrowed a full slate of scholarship offers down to his top five: Alabama, Georia Tech, Miami, Oregon and Michigan.
The 4-star athlete is coming off of a state title run for Glynn Academy High School, in Bruswick, GA, where he led the Red Terrors from behind center.
Dallas could continue playing quarterback or move to wideout or corner, at the next level.
