According to a report from the Tallahassee Democrat, Florida State running back Dalvin Cook is under investigation for the battery of a 21-year old female outside of a Tallahassee bar.

According to a report from the Tallahassee Democrat, Florida State running back Dalvin Cook is under investigation for the battery of a 21-year old female outside of a Tallahassee bar.

While charges have not been pressed at this time, a police report indicated that the alleged victim suffered minor abrasions and bruises from the incident on June 23.

The report also indicates that the alleged victim, who is not named, also plans on pressing charges.

The date of the alleged incident was exactly one day before true freshman quarterback De’Andre Johnson was arrested for assualting a female after punching a female at a Tallahassee bar.

UPDATE

Florida State has now announced that Cook has been suspended indefinitely from the team. A warrant will also be issued for Cook’s arrest.
