Ranking the best 100 players in the ACC.

We did it for the SEC, now we move on to the Atlantic Coast Conference.I did the ranking without regard to positional influence, simply who is the best at what they do. The easiest way I know to explain it would be to imagine you sorted all the SEC players by a ‘Madden rating’; this would be the order you saw. Without further ado, here are numbers 91-100:
