Things have cleared up nicely for the Clemson Tigers to play in a BCS bowl.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. x94 Florida State took care of business Saturday night by crushing Duke 45-7 in the ACC Championship Game to secure its bid to play for the BCS championship.

In a wild turn of events, Auburn is now the Seminoles’ likely opponent in Pasadena after the Tigers outlasted Missouri 59-42 in Atlanta, while Ohio State lost 34-24 to Michigan State in Indianapolis.

FSU is making its first national title game appearance in 13 years, in what was their last of three straight appearances in the BCS title game (1998-2000). Now that college football’s main event has been figured out, it’s time to see where the rest of the ACC could potentially be playing this holiday season.
