Award winners for week 14 in the Atlantic Coast Conference.
ACC Offensive Player of the Week: Michael Carter and Javonte Williams, North Carolina (co) — Carter rushed for 308 yards and two touchdowns and Williams ran for 236 and three scores in a record-setting individual and collective performance in the Tar Heels’ 62-26 over Miami.
ACC Defensive Player of the Week: Hamsah Nasirildeen, Florida State — Recorded nine total tackles, an interception, a tackle for loss and a pass deflection in the Seminoles’ 56-35 win over Duke.
ACC Special Teams Player of the Week: Alex Kessman, Pittsburgh — Converted 4-of-4 field goal tries in the Panthers’ 34-20 win over Georgia Tech.
ACC Coach of the Week: Mack Brown, North Carolina — The Tar Heels compiled a record 778 yards of total offense, including a record 554 rushing, in their 62-26 win over Miami.
ACC X-Factor of the Week: North Carolina Offensive Line — Remarkably, the Tar Heels ran 55 times for 554 yards and six touchdowns, controlling the clock for over 40 minutes. It was a historically dominant performance front the front five in North Carolina’s 62-26 win over Miami.
