2017 athlete Deejay Dallas out of Glynn Academy in Brunswick, Georgia, has verbally committed to Georgia.
2017 athlete Deejay Dallas out of Glynn Academy in Brunswick, Georgia, has been high on the Georgia Bulldogs for quite some time.
And after spending quality time with the Bulldogs coaching staff while in Athens for Georgia’s annual Dawg Night, Dallas was finally fully convinced that he wanted to wear the red and black during his collegiate career.
Rated as one of the nation’s top athletes in the class of 2017, Dallas gave his verbal commitment to the Bulldogs on Saturday afternoon. He chose Georgia over offers from Auburn, Florida, Georgia Tech and South Carolina, amongst others.
Dallas becomes Georgia’s second commit of the 2017 class, joining quarterback Bailey Hockman out of McEachern High School in Powder Springs.
An MVP award winner at the Explosive Southern Pigskin Camp in Pooler back in March, Dallas is an explosive athlete who can make plays at a multitude of positions. He has the ability to play either safety or wide receiver in the SEC, as has also seen time as a quarterback and kick returner for his high shcool program.
