There are many talented players in the coastal empire.
Led by Savannah Christian senior Demetris Robertson, ranked by many as the number one overall athlete in the class of 2016, the Savannah area is home to many of the top prospects in the region. In addition to Robertson, who was previously committed to the University of Alabama, seniors such as Arkeem Byrd of Jenkins, Sanders Creech of Benedictine, Alex Herndon of Calvary Day and Trent Zeigler of South Effingham are among those being heavily pursued. The talent pool in southeast Georgia is attracting college programs from all over.
Recently, ESPN Radio Savannah AM 1400 and FM 104.3 released its 2015 pre-season All-Savannah Team. Included are top-notch players, many of whom will play at the next level;
