2015 linebacker prospect Zach Taisler out of Houston County High School has verbally committed to Kennesaw State.
Taisler, who was one of the top performers at the Explosive Southern Pigskin Camp in Waycross, confirmed his commitment to Southern Pigskin via text message.
Clocking in at a camp-best 4.46 seconds in the 40-yard dash, Taisler will bring elite speed and athleticism to the Owls’ program. He was honored as a first-team selection to the All-Region, All-County and All-Middle Georgia teams as a junior in 2013.

Taisler, who is still relatively new to the defensive side of the football, is thrilled to have an opportunity to potentially make an immediate impact at Kennesaw State.
“I couldn’t be more excited to be given this opportunity to play at Kennesaw State,” Taisler told Southern Pigskin. “It’s an awesome privilege and a blessing!”
With Kennesaw State set to start up its football program in 2015, there is a good chance that Taisler will be called into early action for the Owls.
