Ranking ACC, SEC and Sun Belt teams, the Bud Light Southern Power Poll is voted on by B.J. Bennett, Christian Goeckel, Kevin Thomas, Ben Troupe and P.J. Zucco.
1. Alabama — Yet again, the Crimson Tide looked unstoppable in a week one win over Miami, with Bryce Young setting a program record with four touchdown passes in his first start.

2. Georgia — A generational defensive effort, featuring seven sacks, led the Bulldogs to a gritty 10-3 victory over Clemson, setting Georgia up nicely for the rest of the season.

3. Clemson — Though the Tigers were overwhelmed offensively, it was another great defensive showing, albeit it in a loss, in a showcase game against Georgia.

4. Texas A&M — Despite five turnovers, the Aggies pulled away from Kent State with a dominant defensive effort, one which included an 85-yard interception return for a touchdown from Leon O’Neal, Jr.

6. Florida — Though it wasn’t a perfect performance, the Gators started the game strong and ultimately rushed for a total of 400 yards in their week one victory over Florida Atlantic.

7. NC State — The Wolfpack, who were one of the first teams to open the season back on last Thursday night, had a complete performance in a 45-0 victory over South Florida.

8. Auburn — Quarterback Bo Nix completed 20-of-22 passes with three touchdowns and Tank Bigsby rushed for 119 yards and two scores on just 13 carries as the Tigers won big over Akron.

9. Coastal Carolina — A convincing win over The Citadel saw the balanced Chanticleers, who compiled 614 yards of total offense, score 24 points in an impressive second quarter.
