Bud Light Southern Power Poll (ACC, SEC, Sun Belt)

1. Alabama (6-0)
Rolling right along, the Crimson Tide overwhelmed Mississippi State and gave Nick Saban a shutout victory for his 69th birthday.

2. Clemson (7-0)
Freshman D.J. Uiagalelei was fantastic in bringing the Tigers back from down 18 points against Boston College, now leads Clemson to Notre Dame.

3. Notre Dame (6-0)
With the nation’s top-ranked team coming to town, the Fighting Irish have alowed just 16 points defensively over their past three games.

4. Georgia (4-1)
Though the Bulldogs will be without some key stars defensively against Florida, Georgia did hold Kentucky to just 13 points.

5. Texas A&M (4-1)
Kellen Mond had one of the best games of his career, completing 21-of-26 passes with three touchdowns, in topping rival Arkansas.

6. Florida (3-1)
After a chaotic start to the game and halftime brawl, the Gators pulled away from Missouri and can now focus on rival Georgia.

7. Miami (5-1)
Relatively quietly, the Hurricanes are putting together a pretty impressive season, having only lost at top ranked Clemson.

8. Auburn (4-2)
Where did that, a complete domination of the defending national champions in a 48-11 rout on the Plains, come from?

9. Coastal Carolina (6-0)
The undefeated Chanticleers, fresh off a 51-0 win over Georgia State, remain one of the stories of the year in college football.

10. Louisiana (5-1)
Don’t forget about the Ragin’ Cajuns, whose week one win at nationally-ranked Iowa State remains of the best performances of the season.

11. North Carolina (4-2)
The offensive fireworks continue, but the Tar Heels gave up 41 points to Virginia and lost by giving up a late fake punt for a first down.

12. Virginia Tech (4-2)
Hendon Hooker, who did not have a single in completion, and Khalil Herbert helped the Hokies hold off Louisville.

Others receiving votes: Appalachian State, Wake Forest, Boston College
