East Tennessee State has won three straight SOCON games dating back to 2003, the last year they played a conference schedule before suspending football until last year.0 The Buccaneers hold the lead in the all-time series 13-11 but the Terriers have won five in a row including a 28-14 win in Spartanburg in 2003, the year in which Wofford was 12-2, SOCON Champs and an FCS Playoff Semi-Finalist.0
Two of the four remaining undefeated teams in the SOCON square off in Finley Stadium Saturday afternoon.0 Samford travels to Chattanooga in a battle to teams that were picked to finish in the top 3 by the leaguexe2x80x99s coaches.0 The Mocs are giving up a stingy 4.6 points per game and have posted two shutouts so far in 2016.0 Samford boasts the SOCONxe2x80x99s longest streak without being shutout at 169 games, a 29-0 loss to Tennessee Tech back in 2000.0
